Share Your Cotswolds Memories and Win a Special Prize

Over the years, so many of you have shared beautiful photos, heartwarming stories, and cherished memories from your time walking or cycling in the Cotswolds.

Now, we’d love to celebrate those moments with our Photo & Video Competition - and offer a wonderful prize in return.

How to Enter:

Send us your favourite photo or video from a Cotswolds adventure, along with a short story or anecdote about your experience. Please email info@cotswoldwalks.com

Prizes:

First Place – A stunning picture book celebrating the Cotswolds + a £250 tour voucher

Second & Third Place – A stunning picture book celebrating the Cotswolds + £100 tour voucher each

Vouchers can be redeemed against the cost of any tour booked for 2025 or 2026, with the option to transfer the voucher to a friend or family member, if you’d prefer.

Deadline: 31 December 2025

Terms and Conditions:

Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cotswold Walks and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must send their favourite photo or video from a Cotswolds adventure, along with a short story or anecdote about the experience, to info@cotswoldwalks.com. The submission must include the participant’s name and contact details.

Deadline: The closing date for all entries is 31 December 2025. Any entries received after this date will not be considered.

Prizes:

First Place: A stunning picture book celebrating the Cotswolds + a £250 tour voucher.

Second & Third Place: A stunning picture book celebrating the Cotswolds + a £100 tour voucher each.

Vouchers can be redeemed against the cost of any tour booked for 2025 or 2026. Vouchers can also be transferred to a friend or family member at the winner’s discretion.

Judging: All entries will be judged based on creativity, quality of the photo/video, and the story or anecdote submitted. The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified by email by 31 January 2026. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.

Publicity: By entering, participants agree to allow Cotswold Walks to use their submitted photos, videos, and stories for promotional purposes, including but not limited to website content, social media posts, and other marketing materials, without further compensation.

Data Protection: All personal data provided by participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this competition and will not be shared with third parties without prior consent, unless required by law.

No Cash Alternative: The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Right to Modify or Cancel: Cotswold Walks reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

Liability: Cotswold Walks is not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or omissions that may affect the entry process. By entering, participants agree to release Cotswold Walks from any liability related to the competition or prize redemption.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
