Cotswold Creative Writing Course

Cotswold Creative Writing Course

Details:

Duration: 7 nights / 7 days
Grade of optional walks: Easy to moderate

The Cotswolds has inspired artists and authors for generations and it is easy to see why. The beauty of the seemingly endless undulating countryside radiates a sense of calm and peace that is unique to this area. This, paired with its rich cultural and historical background, makes the Cotswolds the perfect place to hide away and refocus on a passion that has been put aside amidst the hurry of everyday life.

Our new guided holiday will bring together like-minded people and experts to help inspire creativity and to amplify the beneficial effects this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty has on wellbeing.

Nestled among 34 acres of parkland, woodland, orchard and garden, Talton House will provide the perfect base to immerse yourself in the course and the exceptional beauty of this area. Talton House - a Queen Anne manor house brimming with history - is located near Shakespeare's birthplace, the picturesque market town of Stratford-upon-Avon, perfectly placed to explore local attractions, including the nearby world-famous garden of Hidcote.

The course, combined with optional guided walks and excursions in the afternoons, will provide the perfect balance between quiet reflection and lively conversations while exploring the area with the help of an expert local guide.
